Since 1980, we have offered training classes in tai chi chuan, dao yin, chi kung and the internal martial arts at the nationally acclaimed Blue Heron Academy of Healing Arts and Sciences.  The Academy has trained thousands of graduates seeking personal growth and positive life change.  The Blue Heron Academy was founded by Dr. Gregory T. Lawton as a free school that provided training and education to women in transition and both men and women with a desire to improve the quality of their lives and the lives of others.
